The kit includes the following: 2 Inner brackets, 2 Headboard mounting brackets, 1 Allen key, 2 Bolts, 2 Nuts. ***Using the Sleepy's Universal Headboard Bracket on a Sleepy's Elite Adjustable base requires using the 2" leg extenders included with the base.
